When my boss came back from a trade show with a bag full of swag and asked me to try out and review ON’s “arousal gel for women”, I was skeptical to say the least. Not only because most arousal products are bunk and/or full of nasty chemicals, but also because my junk is pretty sensitive.  This is my ON Arousal Gel review:

I’ve had to switch to Sliquid’s water based Ride lubricant because I’m sensitive to parabens, glycerin, AND aloe, which is a main ingredient in many “sensitive formula” lubes. Add to that the fact that both my partner and I are transgender so both our cocks are larger than the cis women clits that ON is marketed towards, and you can see what I mean when I say I wasn’t holding out much hope.

The sample packet I was given is well designed: pink and white writing on a black background, with crisp edges and strong lines. It’s a gorgeous design. Aside from the “for women” bit, I was generally pleased by the copy. It wasn’t over the top or too erotic, just straight to the point. I like it when manufacturers let the products speak for themselves. The liquid itself is a gorgeous honey golden color (like Felix Felicis!) and smells amazing, like cinnamon, but not in the candy hearts way that makes your nose itch.

The directions say 1 to 2 drops per clit, but given that my cock is 2-4 times larger than a cis clit (and my partner’s even larger!), we split the pipette’s contents between us. The directions also say to wait 2 minutes for full effect and I highly recommend that you do. By the time 2 minutes had elapsed, I was harder than I ever had been– going first through a cooling sensation followed quickly by a warming sensation that made it virtually impossible for me to keep my hands off of myself. I will warn you that there was a little bit of a burn and discomfort when it started having an effect. My partner and I are unsure whether this would occur had we followed the dosing instructions. It wasn’t terrible, and I’ve dealt with worse, but I still wanted to mention it. Being a masochist, I didn’t mind and in my opinion, the effect was WELL worth a little discomfort.

My partner and I agree that the orgasms we had while using ON were some of the best mutual masturbation orgasms we’ve ever experienced. So I would wholeheartedly recommend ON Arousal Gel to anyone, regardless of genitals.
