This book is an excellent modern treatment of Tantra and Sexuality that successfully walks the line between accessibility and respect for ancient Tantric tradition. Whether you are familiar with Tantra or new to its concepts, there is something here for you. The approach is light and even at times funny, which I found a nice change from the oh-so-serious tone of other Tantric Sex manuals. The author includes personal stories and updates Tantric exercises to include elements of BDSM and kink along with more traditional sexual expression.
There are several clearly outlined breath exercises to do alone or with a partner, detailed genital massage practices, and even a checklist to help with communicating needs and desires.
