Limited One Year Warranty
In the event of a manufacturing defect, malfunction of Novel Creations’ products which have a “One Year Warranty” specified on the packaging of such product, Novel Creations agrees to and shall repair or replace the Product at no charge to you. This limited warranty does not apply to damage to the product resulting from ordinary wear and tear, misuse or abuse.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY WHEN REPAIRS ARE NECESSARY:
In the event of a manufacturing defect or malfunction of a Novel Creations product under warranty, you should do the following:
Login to www.Novel CreationsUSA.com and click on register your product under product warranty. Enter your information there to activate your warranty. You must also retain the box flap on which has the product UPC code as well as your receipt of purchase.
