Terms and Conditions for As You Like It PleasureWare Home Parties:
IF YOU COME INTO THE SHOP:
- You will have access to our full range of products, literature and resources (one reason we recommend having a store party!)
- You will have exclusive use of the shop space for up to three hours.
- One of our trained sex-educators will show you the amazing toys and other resources available at the store and will endeavor answer any questions that may arise.
The charge for this service is $50.00 which we will accept at the time of your booking.
If your party results in sales of $300 or more in sales, we will refund the $50 fee to you, and give the host of the party 10% of sales total in a gift certificate for the store.
Cancellation requires 7-days notice for a refund of $50 deposit. After 7 days, deposit is forfeit.
You are welcome to bring snacks and beverages with a $20 cleaning deposit which is refundable if there is no mess or spillage.
Private Party hours are restricted to before or after store hours.

IF WE COME TO YOU:
We will bring our most popular and favorite items to you.
The party will last for 2 hours once we get started.

If any theft occurs, the wholesale cost of the item will be taken from the deposit. If the wholesale cost of the item is greater than the deposit, the host will be responsible for reimbursing the As You Like It representative for the additional wholesale cost of the item.
