About the Author
Archie Bongiovanni is a cartoonist and illustrator living in Minneapolis. Their graphic novel, A Quick And Easy Guide To They/Them Pronouns was published with Limerence Press/Oni Press. It is praised by School Library Journal (starred review), was a Publishers Weekly Favorite Reads of 2018, a 2018 Chicago Public Library Best Book Of The Year for Teen Nonfiction and one of YALSA's Great Graphic Novels For Teens. Grease Bats is their newest graphic novel. BOOM! Studios released it in fall 2019. Archie's future books include Flagging 101 (Silver Sprocket) and a young adult non-fiction comic forthcoming from First Second. Autostraddle, Vice, Everyday Feminism, as well as The Nib have all featured them.
Tristan Jimerson is a freelance copywriter living in Minneapolis. His award-winning work has been featured in publications such as Creativity magazine and The Egoist. He has written copy for everything from exercise equipment to electronics. In fact, if you've been inside Best Buy within the last 6 months you've probably read something he wrote. Tristan grew up on the rolling plains of rural Iowa, and after deciding that it wasn't cold enough, moved to Minnesota.
