The shell of this white compression binder is comprised of medical-grade 70% nylon and 30% spandex compression material for firm, consistent shaping. The front lining is soft and supple 100% cotton for a softer skin feel.
Designed to move with your body, the Econo Top will eliminate problem curves and bulges. Lays flat underneath clothing for the discrete support you need, and manufactured from premium materials right here in the USA.

HOW TO WEAR: Per Underworks, the advised way to put on their binders are as follows: Hold both straps of the shirt and step into the garment. Pull up the garment and slide arms through armhole and adjust for comfort. However, in fitting many folks into this style in store, our staff have found that rolling it over the shoulders like a t-shirt is often even easier. Many of our trans friends and customers have also told us that there is a learning period with wearing binders, and they often feel ungainly or uncomfortable at first.
This binder is a great mix of value, effectiveness, and comfort. Consistent shape and flat comfortable enough for all-day wear.
Follow all binding safety, including not wearing a binder longer than 8 hours at a time, stretching frequently, and taking breaks often. Do not sleep, swim, or exercise in a binder. Do not double-up on binders.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Wash in cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low or flat dry. No bleach, no iron.

If you would like a loser fit, please size up.
