What Is This Workshop About?
Boost your steamy storytelling in this six-month writers package. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re a seasoned writer, this workshop offers friendly feedback and engaging exercises to help you write your own erotic tales.
In this workshop, you’ll explore topics that include:
• Overcoming fears or embarrassment around writing erotic fiction
• Crafting authentic, compelling characters and putting them in sexy situations
• Building erotic tension to go from cool to hot hot hot at just the right pace
• Deciding how to handle consent with care (even if your story includes non-consent)
• Weaving sensual details and explicit acts into a powerful mixture
When you complete the workshop, you’ll have mastered new skills, built a new community, and have a brand-new story that you authored. Sessions are on the first Wednesday of every month.
What Should Attendees Know?
⚫ No experience is needed for this group
⚫ Bring your own writing supplies and materials
⚫ This is a six-month series. You are expected to attend each month and refunds are not available for missed classes.
⚫ Masking is optional for attendees. The presenter will not be masked when instructing.
⚫ To ensure a functional and informative group for all, attendance will be limited to 16 people. Be sure to get your tickets early!
Who is Grace?
She earned her masters degree in English with an emphasis in teaching writing from Humboldt State University. She has taught in classroom and workshop settings.
